Peanut Butter Noodles

Ingredients:

    * 1/2 cup chicken broth
    * 1 1/2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger root
    * 3 tablespoons soy sauce
    * 3 tablespoons peanut butter
    * 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
    * 2 teaspoons hot chile paste (optional)
    * 3 cloves garlic, minced
    * 8 ounces Udon noodles
    * 1/4 cup chopped green onions
    * 1/4 cup chopped peanuts

Spaghetti Carbonara

Ingredients:

    * 1 pound spaghetti
    * 1 tablespoon olive oil
    * 8 slices bacon, diced
    * 1 tablespoon olive oil
    * 1 onion, chopped
    * 1 clove garlic, minced
    * 1/4 cup dry white wine (optional)
    * 4 eggs
    * 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    * 1 pinch salt and black pepper to taste
    * 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
    * 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Home Made Hamburger

Ingredients:

For The Patties

1lb/500g ground beef
1 half onion grated or finely chopped
4 pinches ground coriander
4 pinches paprika powder
a little pepper, fresh ground is better
a little salt
1 hand fresh bread crumbs
1 egg lightly beaten
1 quarter beef stock block dissolved in a quarter cup water

Bacon and Banana Burger

Ingredients:

For Patties

1lb/500g ground beef

a little pepper, fresh ground is better
a little salt, none if the bacon is salty
1 hand fresh bread crumbs
1 egg lightly beaten
1 quarter beef bouillon/stock cube dissolved in 2 to 3 tablespoons water

To Cover The Patty

8 strips or enough bacon to enclose 4 patties
some toothpicks

Sinigang Recipe

Pork Sinigang Ingredients:

*3/4 kilo Pork, cut into chunks
*3 tomatoes, sliced
*2 onions, diced
*5 cloves of garlic, minced
*100 grams Kangkong (river spinach)
*100 grams String beans
*2 pieces horse radishes, sliced
*3 pieces gabi (taro), pealed
*2 pieces sili pag sigang (green finger pepper)
*200 grams sampalok (tamarind)
*3 tablespoons of patis (fish sauce)
*1 liter of rice wash or water

Pinakbet (Meat Vegetable Stew with Shrimp Paste)

Pinakbet is a Filipino dish that's loved by many.

Ingredients :

* 1/2 lb. pork, sliced
* 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
* 3 cloves garlic, minced
* 1 onion, chopped
* 2 tomatoes, chopped
* 1/2 squash, cubed
* 2 cups sliced okra
* 2 cups 1-1/2 inch long cut sitaw (yard long beans)
* 2 eggplants, sliced
* 1 ampalaya (bitter gourd and/or bitter melon), sliced
* 1 to 1-1/2 cup water
* 2 to 3 tbsp. bagoong alamang (salted shrimp paste)

* 3/4 cup chopped onion
* 1/2 cup vegetable broth
* 1 tablespoon butter
* 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
* 1 teaspoon salt
